Job Description:

We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic marketing and sales, Sr. Executive and Executive Sales who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate and Secondary Market. This candidate should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate marketing properties, obtaining leads for achieve the personal sales to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve individual Sales, customer acquisition & retention.

Ensure regular client follow-up, visit and correspondences to achieve set of personal targets.

Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate and Secondary business and present market scenario.

Able to communicate with the wide network of different professionals/business men and look for prospective customers.

Work under pressure in a team with responsibility.

Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.

Prepare report as required by team leader and management.

Strong sales closing capability.

Must collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:

1 to 3 years

Additional Requirements:

The applicants should have experience in the following areas Real estate, Secondary business development, Sales and Marketing at 1 to 3 years

Must be having computer knowledge.

He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
